Robert E. Linkin is an associate with Sacher, Zelman. Mr. Linkin's practice focuses on both the transactional and litigation arenas. Mr. Linkin received his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin in 1991 with a B.A. in Middle Eastern Studies, and graduated from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University in 1995, where he served as the Editor-in-chief of the Cardozo Journal of International and Comparative Law. Prior to working at Sacher Zelman, Mr. Linkin practiced law in both New York and Texas, where he has worked in the areas of both criminal and civil litigation, as well as developing an active entertainment practice. After coming to Miami in 2001, Mr. Linkin entered the financial industry, working with Morgan Stanley in Miami for the next two years. In 2003, he returned to the practice of law, joining Sacher, Zelman. Mr. Linkin has handled various civil and criminal matters around the United States, handling more than 10 jury and judge trials from voir dire to completion. He is admitted to practice in both Texas and New Jersey, and is awaiting admission to the Florida Bar.
